Dear Consumer,
         We regret that you are experiencing performance concerns with one or all of the components in your sleep set. Corsicana Mattress delivers the finest quality products; and we value our customers and their concerns. All claims must go through the original dealer where your purchase was made. In the event that the dealer is no longer available, or you have moved, then you the consumer may bring your mattress and/or foundation to the nearest Corsicana Mattress manufacturer facility for repair.

         Corsicana Mattress will warranty our product against structural defects (exclusive of ticking cover). Within the first year of purchase Corsicana Mattress will repair or replace your mattress and/or foundation without charge; excluding any transportation costs. After the first year, if Corsicana Mattress determines your mattress and/or foundation is defective, Corsicana Mattress will repair or replace at manufacturer’s sole discretion at a prorated value.

         Corsicana Mattress warranty will apply only if the mattress and/or foundation(s) are NOT abused, misused, or unsanitary. Stains or liquids exposed to the product cause defects, which is why a protective mattress cover is suggested. NOTE: All rips, stains or tears will void the warranty. The manufacture reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality in making the repair or replacement. There is not a guarantee that the product you receive will have the same fabric cover or construction as your current mattress or box spring, especially if the replacement is being made several years after the original purchase. (There is no guarantee the replacement product will “match” the original if you purchased a set).

         Please review the following list of photo requirements and utilize the checklist to ensure the complete package is submitted to save time and make this a more efficient process. Our warranty process should take no longer than 4-6 weeks if all requirements and documents are submitted properly. Please be aware if we are processing your warranty and we do not receive return contact from you within 30 days, your warranty packet will be closed and a new complete packet will need to be submitted to move forward. Please email (via attachment) or mail in the images requestedbelow. We cannot accept faxed in pictures. Products equal to or larger than a Queen require a center support on the frame; if the product has no center support this will void the warranty. If your product is purchased as a set and you return the set the foundation will have the same warranty as the mattress. If individual pieces are returned by themselves the warranty can differ from each product piece. In order to return both pieces there has to be a manufacture defect with both the mattress and box spring.

*If you are unable to locate your proof of purchase, please contact the dealer you purchased the bedding from. They may be able to retrieve records of your purchase. Please note that Corsicana Mattress, as a manufacturer, keeps no consumer purchase records.
         
Enclosed you will find step-by-step instructions on how to file your claim. Please review the following information on how to confirm if your concern is normal wear and tear or defective. Only after reviewing the claim form, if you believe your mattress and/or foundation to be defective, please fill out the Claim Form and return it with the images required.

Shipping Information

Order Process

  • Item(s) in stock usually ship within 3-7 business days.
  • Item(s) that require to be produced take between 1-4 weeks before shipping.
  • If there are any delays or issues we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order.
  • We will send you updates as soon as they are available and keep you updated as well.
  • Our network of locations and delivery partners are able to cover the majority of Texas and Oklahoma.
  • With Texas and Oklahoma being so vast and to provide the best prices possible, our delivery rates are based on size of the order and distance from the assigned delivery location.
  • Delivery time frames can vary depending on location and availability.
  • Most orders are scheduled within 3-7 business days of the delivery partner receiving the order.

Curbside - (Drop Off Only)

  • The delivery team will not call prior to delivery. If you require a scheduled time for drop off, please select Threshold delivery.
  • Curbside does not include assembly. If you require assembly, please select White Glove delivery.
  • Delivery team will knock on the door to notify you they have arrived.
  • If no one is available to accept the item(s), the delivery team will leave the item(s) at the front of the house and/or door.
  • Signature not required.

Threshold - (Inside Drop Off)

  • Delivery team will set up a 4 hour window for delivery 3-7 business days prior to delivery.
  • Item(s) will be set to the first dry area. Typically the garage or foyer.
  • Threshold delivery does not include assembly. If you require assembly, please select White Glove delivery.
  • Rescheduling due to no shows and/or any other issue deemed no fault of the delivery partner, the customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges.
  • Signature required.

White Glove - (Room of Choice + Full Assembly)

  • Includes everything above, plus complete setup and assembly that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, pieces will be set next to each other or on top of each other).   
  • We will also remove all packaging and dispose of it if requested by you.
  • The delivery team is not authorized to hook up any electrical or component wires.
  • The delivery team is unable to assemble any furniture not bought from our company due to liability issues
  • Items carried up more than 30 steps, longer assembly periods, and other extraordinary delivery services are available as additional services which will require additional fees to be paid. Please contact us in advance if you feel you need these services.
  • Room should be free and clear of any furniture.
  • Rescheduling due to no shows and/or any other issue deemed no fault of the delivery partner, the customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges.
  • Signature required.

Small Parcel Items

  • We will ship smaller and lighter items via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • These services provide the fastest and most reliable shipping available for smaller items.
  • Depending on your proximity to the shipping warehouse, your item(s) will arrive approximately 5-15 days after leaving the warehouse.
  • Small parcel items may include but are not limited to boxed mattresses, pillows, rugs, bar stools, small accent pieces, chairs, and/or dinettes.
  • If the assembly is required it will be the customer's responsibility to assemble the furniture.

  • We currently service most major cities and the continential US.
  • To keep prices low we currenlty do not service Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming.
