Q&A's about Financing Options

  • Do you check my credit score?

    Some of our finance solutions check your credit score, while others check your employment and checking account. This enables us to offer you the best possible option for you.

  • If I submit an application, do you start to automatically charge me?

    Only when you complete an order and/or contract will your financing begin..

  • When is my first payment due?

    With Affirm and Synchrony, your financing will start the day you place the order and your first payment is due about 30 days from that date.

  • On the No Interest financing, do I have to make payments?

    Yes, minimum payments will be due every month. As long as you pay your balance in full within the allotted time, you will not incur interest or lease charges. Remember, late payments or no payments will void your “No Interest” plan.

  • Do I pay Local Furniture Outlet directly?

    No. Once approved, your payments will be due to the finance company that you choose.

  • Who do I go to if I have a problem or question with my financing?

    Once you are set up, we will give you the contact information so that you can call them directly.

  • What if I need more money than what I was approved for?

    Depending on which finance solution you choose, there is a possibility to extend the amount you were approved for. If you would like to get a higher amount, you would need to come into Local Furniture Outlet and request an extension.
