Local Delivery Policy
If you do not reside in Austin or Central Texas, please refer to Online Orders Shipping Policy for your order.
At Local Furniture Outlet, we strive to provide the best possible service. Please read carefully our delivery policies.
Due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, etc, customers will be given a 4 hour window for delivery.
Our Delivery Schedule is Thursday to Saturday 10am - 7pm, Monday 10-7
The salesperson does NOT schedule nor confirms delivery.

Our Delivery Manager will call you 24 hours prior to delivery to confirm date and time frame.
Order must be paid in full 24 hours prior to delivery. Delayed payment can result in delayed delivery.
ALL deliveries are scheduled as 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6 pm
To avoid a second delivery charge, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and is at least 18 years of age.
The room must be clear of any and all furniture and/ or debre. Due to liabilty issues we can not remove or relocate old furniture.
Local Furniture Outlet can not be responsible, and is not liable, for moving personal belongings and/or furniture that we are not delivering.
Once furniture is delivered, please inspect the furniture thoroughly before signing off.
Once signed you have an an additional 24 hours to make a damage claim.
No Claims will be allowed after 24 hours from delivery date.
Warehouse hours are 10am to 6:30pm.
Please call at least 1 hour before picking up.If a special time is needed please call 24 hours before hand to schedule.
Please inspect ALL items thoroughly before leaving warehouse.
Once product has left, any damage could result in out of pocket expense.
No Claims will be allowed after 24 hours from pick up date.
Items must be picked up within 10 business days of scheduled pick up time.
Delay of pick up may result in returning product back to manufacturer.
